1) Free Gift: Each ticket purchased for the live event comes with a complimentary Jade Blockstream cold wallet. The gift can be combined with standard discounts offered at the time of purchase. 2) Veteran Discount: Our gratitude extends to veterans, and they receive our lowest possible price on tickets. To accommodate that discount we can not currently combine this offer with that discount. 3) Non-refundable Ticket: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to changes in schedule, personal conflicts, or event cancellation. 4) Transferability: Tickets purchased during this promotion are fully transferrable or sellable (SEE FAQ). If you are unable to attend the event, you have the option to transfer or sell your ticket to another individual. However, please note that the free gift associated with the ticket is non-transferrable and can only be redeemed by the original ticket holder. 5) Past Ticket Holders: This special offer is not available to past ticket purchases as those were offered at early bird pricing. 6) Jade Order Processing: Your Jade order will process 7 days after your purchase to allow for credit card processing. 7) Shipping: Shipping times vary but will typically be 7-10 days after purchase. 8) International: We can not ship Jade's Internationally at this time. However we will gladly have your Jade waiting for you with your credentials when you arrive at Pacific Bitcoin to check in.
